Honestly, How long did the food noise take to quiet down. Been there, it does get easier I promise. Hang in there. Definitely run it by your own prescriber though.

Same here, Hydration made a bigger difference than I expected. Plateaus are the worst, hang in there. Fatigue hit hard on my first dose bump, more protein fixed it. Keep us posted!
